The Phonewebcam software runs on handsets and PCs. It allows users to view their own private webcams, webcams published
to private groups, and public webcams. The website acts as a central controller which manages the accounts, authorises view
requests and allows users to subscribe and top up.

OTAVend is used with OTATransceiver as the delivery service.
Downloadable languages are serviced by OTASlang and the performance monitoring is handled by
OTAMon.
Phonewebcam displays adverts managed by OTAMon and OTABill.
The various components were developed and tested using OTACert
quality assurance.
To import and export cameras, Phonewebcam uses the open camXML system.
