OTALicense is the service for provisioning and managing the issuing and revocation of licences for mobile phone applications.

Each product registered holds its own licensee database
which is populated by the licence server. Users of this service can update the variants
of their products online, such as the text of the email a licensee receives upon registering a particular
product variant (version/device/locale).
